Hey everyone,
Just a quick post. I'm getting ready to go on vacation and even though I'm stitching, blogging will have to wait until I come back! I will have a WIPocalypse post on time since I have that scheduled, but other posts will have to wait until I come back! I'll see you all soon!
Until next time!

Skater's Village Tree Skirt
Yesterday Skater's Village Tree Skirt from Dimensions Gold Collection came up as part of my regular rotation.
After working on this piece for an hour a day for a week for Whine and WIP's, I was constantly waiting for my hour timer to go off on my phone! Ha! It was nice, though, to get to work on it even longer than an hour! Here is where I stopped yesterday:
Now this piece is definitely going to take a break before it comes up again, but it was a real joy to stitch on it again! I think Whine and WIP's did it's thing, I no longer feel compelled to whine about this piece anymore!
Until next time!

Santa
Yesterday I spent some time working on Santa by Jim Shore for Mill Hill.
I didn't get to work on it for very long, but I did make some progress.
The dark navy fabric makes taking a picture difficult, but my five year old son could easily identify who this was, so I consider that a success!
Until next time!

Rose Fairy
Yesterday I spent some time working on Rose Fairy by Joan Elliott.
I just love the pinks and purples in this piece, they make me smile! Here is where I stopped yesterday:
Funny as it may sound, it was a joy to work with a Kreinik other than the 032, which I used exclusively on Angel of Compassion earlier this month and is prevalent in many of my other pieces. Can't wait until she comes back up in the rotation again!
Until next time!

Robin Hood
Robin Hood is a fantastic story that I have always enjoyed and I just had to do this piece from Little House Needleworks.
Little House Needleworks is not typically my style, but I just love this piece! Here is where I stopped yesterday:
When I started working on this piece this time around, I only had Sherwood completed, so I'm very pleased with the progress! I'm stitching this on 32 Lugana in Sand from Picture This Plus, which I'm really liking for that old world parchment type feel!
Until next time!
