Thank goodness it's Friday! It's been a very long week and I am looking forward to the weekend! I have to say that this March Madness has actually been a blessing for me. My time to stitch has been sporadic, at best, and I don't feel bad about wasting time during a rotation week - I just am working on different pieces each day as I can!
I have two updates from this week to show, and both of the pieces are from Heaven and Earth Designs. The first is Flames of Desire by Lee Ann Seed!
Here she was before:
And here she is after a bit of stitching on Tuesday night!

Then Thursday night found me working on Angel of Compassion by Selina Fenech, one of my CJC pieces!
Here she was before:
And after!

Lots and lots and lots and LOTS of Kreinik #4 braid on these two pieces, that's for sure!
I'm hoping to spend some good quality time stitching this weekend - can't wait to show you what I get done!
Until next time!

ReplyDeleteThe kreinik looks fantastic =) Good work!
ReplyDeleteNice stitching. The HAED I have been working on (not recently) had an entire moon of the Kreinik silver braid. Glad to be done with that part, for sure.
ReplyDeleteLovely work!
Beautiful stitching, Katy! I participate in March Madness every day of the year! LOL
