Sweet Pea Fairy

Yesterday I took a break from my A-to-Z Challenge piece and worked on Sweet Pea Fairy by Joan Elliott:

I'm very proud of myself because I finished the one over one skin for her face and torso this time around. She still has a lot of skin in her arms and legs, but I should be able to take a break for awhile and work on something other than skin the next time she comes up!

This picture does not do the gorgeous Fairy Dance fabric justice, but I love the way she looks! I have to admit, it was nice getting to work on a different piece, but today I will be back to working on my OUAT alphabet to be ready for tomorrow!

Until next time!

  1. She looks very pretty on that fabric Katy. Well worth doing the over one stitching.
