Little House Needleworks is not a designer I'm typically drawn to. Their patterns, while lovely, are more primitive in nature and I'm just not typically drawn to that type of pattern. This one (and one other that will come up later this month) are exceptions to that rule. This piece celebrates some of my favorite writers ever and some wonderful books, and I couldn't resist! This is where I got to yesterday:
I'm working on this on 32 Lugana in Doubloon from Picture This Plus. I love the old parchment feel to this fabric and I think it fits the piece perfectly!
